I sms the person
Sitting next to me
Whom I’m meeting for the first time
Fearing he may not follow my strained voice
With all the buzz around
He replies casually as if I’ve actually spoken to him
Putting me at ease to continue the conversation verbally.
How do you make it so simple?

Is that a miracle or just plain good communication skills...as a good communicator has to be a REALLY good listener too. Communication is a two way process.... Just wait for good communicators!!!!
